Side Panel Displays for Users on LMS

Hi,
Create/previewed/published in power point and quizmaker 09 with no problem. Upload to LMS and this is what displays...as you an see by content, very simple, linear quiz, no bells/whistles. Can't get side panel to NOT display.
Basically, we want to display the full articulate screen without panels of any kind. As is, users will get confused, plus doesn't look very finished. Thank you; your help is appreciated!

Unfortunately, that looks like something that's being handled by the LMS. I recall something similar from another post where launching the project in a new window helped - but I'm not sure if that would solve the problem for you.
Which LMS are you using?
Also, have you tested on a server, other than your LMS? Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud? This would help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side. If you're using AICC content please take a look at the article below for testing information:
