Staff unable to open quiz files in published presentation

Hi,

I have a published e-learning module, containing several engage and quiz files. When I published it, I was able to open all the files with no problem. When I sent the e-learning out to others to take a look at, several of them were having issues opening the quiz files. Regular engage files opened with no problem. I had some people on PC’s and others on thin clients.

I recieved info from support@articlaute.com which said I cannot have the presentation viewed in a server environment? The problem is I have always been in a server environment and have never had this issue before.

I’m really hoping you can help me solve this.
