I feel like I'm pretty comfortable with the software, but am running into a strange behavior and I haven't been able to hunt down the issue. After a quiz has been completed (Passed), the Finish button should direct the user to another slide. Instead, a Notification pops up that says "You must attempt the quiz in order to continue."
The quiz had already been attempted and passed. Any thoughts as to what the issue could be? I've attached an image of the Notification.
Is it possible the user hasn't finished all the questions? If so, that may be why they're seeing that pop up - you can change it by going to the Player Template and selecting "Submit all at once" On that screen you'll see a screen like below.
Hi, Ashley. Thanks for replying! All questions are present and answered with a passing score. I actually opened a case with Articulate to see if they can help me figure it out, too. I'm sure it's a setting that I messed up, but I just can't tell what it is.

You can read more about that behavior here.

Hi Eric,
great - if you'd like to share the case number I can follow along in your case as well!
