Tamil font is not appearing properly

Dec 04, 2012

We are localizing a articulate course into Tamil language. When we used either Unicode or Non-Unicode fonts of Tamil language in PPT, then after publishing the file in Articulate, text is not appearing correct in any case.

Somebody please help.

Good morning Rahul. Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!

For your Presenter ‘09 and Quizmaker presentations to work properly with other languages, you will want to follow the localization guidelines described in this article:
http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=2330

Also, change the character set in Presenter '09 by going to Articulate -> Presentation Options -> Publish tab -> Choose character set for Articulate Player -> Non-Western.

If this doesn't solve the problem with the Tamil text, can you provide a screenshot of how it's showing for you, please? You can take a screenshot by pressing ALT+Print Screen. Then paste (CTRL+V) into a Word document and attach the saved file to your response using the paperclip icon.

Thanks!
