Tracking responses in LMS not working for Branching Scenario

Hi,

I've been trying to build a branching scenario, using graded questions. The logic and branching works fine, but I can't get the individual answers to show up in the reporting.

I'm using SCORM 2004 (4th ed.) on a Cornerstone LMS. I've tried building the scenario in Quizmaker as well as in Storyline.

I'm going through possibilities in my head to try to figure out why the reports have come up empty. In other words, when I pull the reports with questions and responses, it comes up entirely blank as if I never ran the scenario.

Since I'm not concerned at this point with pass/fail scores, and am only concerned with navigating through the branches, I didn't set a "correct" answer to the questions since there isn't one per se (all questions are multiple choice).

Could this be the cause, or is there something else I might be missing?

I believe your assumption is correct. Try selecting your "best" response as the correct answer. As you said, since you are branching, you should not have to worry about any correct or incorrect feedback or score. But this is should help with the results.

Hi Ron,

I just wanted to give you an update: It looks like the problem is sitting on the LMS end (which I don't have access to, so I have to deal with that team).

It turned out there was an obscure, poorly documented setting in the LMS that I had configured incorrectly. I'm getting the reports from both SL and QM.
