Thanks for your reply, Leslie. My quiz is inside a Presenter project. It will have 18 questions displayed randomly. I adjusted the slide properties to turn on Notes in Presenter on all slides (of course, the quiz shows as a single slide). Then I added the transcript to the Notes tab (in the Timeline panel) on one of the quiz questions. The transcript did not show in the published Presenter project. Is there another place where I should add the transcript text?
Oh, sorry for misunderstanding John. The narration notes from your quiz will not automatically populate in Presenter. You can copy/paste if you need to add this to your project.
Not you at all John, my answer may have been a bit vague.
Presenter treats a Quizmaker quiz as one slide. So, any notes that you add will be for that 'slide' and not on a per question basis as you are wanting.
So, you would add to the Presenter Notes, but there is only 'one place' to add this information and it is not on each question in the quiz.
The workaround would be to apply some formatting for the user to be able to follow better if needed.
I hope that helps even if it's not the answer I'm sure you were hoping for.
Thank you for clarifying the issue. I'll think of another way to show the transcript without cluttering the slide. Perhaps I can have the speech balloons appear, then disappear as the other character begins "speaking". The seekbar should allow the learner to replay the conversation if necessary.
I was just dealing with this same issue. It's worth pointing out that when publishing from presenter, any notes located in quiz slides (i.e. in the notes tab in the quizmaker questions) appear to end up in the "mobile" folder formatted and ready to present in the same way the normal slide notes are displayed.
It seems like a bit of an oversight for Presenter '13 to not go ahead and show these notes along with the question title. The question title is already displayed in the presenter notes panel after all.
As it stands, there is no easy way now to have a transcript for narrated quiz slides if a quiz has multiple slides.

Hi John!
Are you adding this quiz to a Presenter project by chance?
If so, you would need to adjust your slide properties to allow the notes panel to display during the quiz.

Leslie,
I'm not trying to be dense, but where do I paste the transcript so it will show in the Notes tab for each question in the quiz?

No problem John.
