Quizmaker doesn't have the option to add triggers to objects like Storyline does, but perhaps you could tell us more about what you're looking to do? Hopefully we can suggest another way to achieve it using the functionality available in Quizmaker. :)
Thank you for your answer. I am currently working on a quiz with "hot spots", I wanted when the learner press the submit button and get its wrong, an arrow "slides in" to show him precisely where the correct position is on the picture (in addition to the feedback).
Thank you for your help anyway, I find an alternative solution (such as branching to another slide with the correct position; it is just a bit more work).
Can you tell me more about the triggers you need to view? This discussion is for Quizmaker, but it sounds like you're using Storyline, is that correct?
If you're using Storyline, the trigger pane may be minimized--here's how you can bring it back:
Apologies, let me start again. When my learners click on the submit button i want them to click again on a trigger to move forward to the next question
Do you have feedback for your questions? With feedback, the learner will be instructed if they answered the question correctly and will be given the option to move forward after submitting, similar to what you're looking to accomplish.

Thanks for sharing your solution here, Paul. Good luck on the rest of your project!
I need to view the triggers that are currently in a lesson. They are not showing the within the slide layer.

Hello,
Now it is possible to add trigger in Quiz maker ? I'd like to change the state of my caractere when answer is right or wrong.... thank you !
Hi Maud,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you would like to create with your project file.
Quizmaker does not have triggers like Storyline, but the good news is that you do not need them for what you're asking.
I created a quick Peek 360 video to demonstrate how you could set this up.
My sample file is attached and here's our documentation:

Hello,
Is it possible to have two results slide in one quiz maker file?
Hello Renzo, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
A quiz created in Quizmaker will only have one result slide.
If you are using Articulate 360, then you have Storyline 360, which does allow multiple Result Slides:
