Two part question

Hello, I'm very new to Articulate Quizmaker:

I wanted to see if it was possible to make this quiz:

The student will get a sentence and need to add commas as necessary- then I needed them to select the Comma Rule they used.

I think the only way to do this is to have a drop down quiz with diff. punctuations for the same sentence and have the student select the correct one but I am unsure how to get them to add the rule.

Does anyone have a way to go about this?
