IT recently installed my Articulate Studio, however I am unable to access any of the programs. I get a 'UI Admin Required Notice' requesting UI Credentials including UI Username and UI Password. What gives?
If you receive a "UI_AdminRequiredNotice: UI_Username / UI_Password" prompt when activating your Articulate software, it indicates that the software was not installed with administrative privileges.
