Hi, I've been getting this error message a lot lately when publishing. Today I am using Engage trying to publish the community interaction Flashcards. I've done it numerous times before but its saying "unable to create file or folder. Please try publishing to a shorter output path. I've read on the forum that this happens occasionally but not sure how to get it to publish correctly. I've shortened the file and am using no strange characters. I even tried publishing directly to C: drive. Any suggestions?

Can you try publishing it to your Desktop or your My Documents folder? It sounds like there's a permissions issue occurring.
