We have a few students at the moment who are not able to view their quiz results pages.
Once they select the Print Results button it asks for their name, which they enter, however once they selecrt ok nothing happens. It's suppose to open up a another browser tab with their quiz results (Which they need to save and email into us to pass their assessment)
Do you know why this would be happening? I have tested the same quizzes in Google Chrome and it works for me but not for the students.
What version of Studio/Quizmaker did you publish with?
Do you know what version of Chrome you're using and if it's showing the Flash or HTML5 output? Are the students also using Chrome or another browser? Have they already looked to ensure that they were allowing pop ups (as the new tab/window would count as one!)?
