’09 interaction in SL3
Aug 03, 2018
I have an engage ’09 interaction in SL3 that is behaving strangely. A 13 sec video is attached.
One user clicks on the terms and nothing appears in the definition window. Another user moves his cursor, clicks on a term, and terms appear but note the misalignment between where his cursor is and the term that is being defined. The cursor is always 2 words below the actually term being defined.
Perhaps the answer is to not use a 9 year old tool but I wanted to check with Articulate first.
Thanks,
Ray

Probably should note that we have flash enabled in Chrome and IE11. The story was saved as HTML 5 with flash back up.
Hey Raymond,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing.
I'd love to take a look at your file so that I can help you out with this. You can just attach the .intr file right here in your forum reply for me.
Hi Leslie,
here is the file.
thanks,

Hi Ray,
Thanks so much for sharing the .intr file so that I could take a look.
It worked as expected for me when testing:
Can you take a look at my published output file here and see if you have any difficulty?
