A button to trigger an email

Hi - this is my first post on here, although the discussions and comments have already saved me numerous times. I am building my first online training with absolutely no experience using this program (Storyline 2). It's actually going much better than expected :) I've been asked to create a button that triggers an email to the director of the program creating this training to report an incident (it's for violence in the workplace), and although I have found how to create an email when a user clicks the button, I'm not sure how to trigger the users email to come up with the email address and subject line defaulting to what I designated. Has anyone done something like this and can offer feedback? Thank you so much!
