Just adding to the wish list. It would be great if there were an export option available on slides to put them in a standalone .story file. I would use this to transport a slide from one program to another. Big time saver. At the moment I have to delete all unwanted slides, save the program under a different name and then import that into the storyline program I want to use it in.
Or, you select and copy the slide(s) you want to transfer, open a second instance of Storyline, select New Project (or open an existing one) and paste the slides into it.
There is that option, it just works from the import side, rather than the export side. You open the target project, click slides, Import, Import from storyline, and select the slides you want to import. Inserting them into a choice other than the current scene imports them into a new scene.
Ah yes! Now I see how that would work. I've imported from storyline projects and usually just select all. Why didn't I think of that.... Very good! Thanks Walt! That will be a real time saver.
