Accented characters missing from Resources description

I'm currently working on a module in a language containing accented characters.
I have noticed an issue, relating to the 'resources' description.

I have created a test file to work out what is happening.

In one test file, I have created a new blank Storyline project, and put 'Áá, Ââ, Ãã, Àà, Çç, Éé, Êê, Íí, Óó, Ôô, Õõ, Úú' as the slide title, course title, notes title, and the same in the resources description.

This appears to work ok in all places.

In the second test, I have replaced the slide title with normal characters, and the resources description now comes out as 'á, , , , , , , , , Ó , , ,'.

I know already there is a separate issue in that the resources description is not part of the translation export/import text, maybe this will help you figure out why it only works if the slide title contains accented characters as well?

I am running the latest version (update 3) and have already tried changing the player font, it doesn't seem related to that.
