Hi, I'm currently working on project to improve the accessibility of a course. However, I am having difficulty testing the changes I made in the tabbing order, as well as navigating through the course with the arrow/tab keys. Some elements are picked up while others aren't for no apparent reason.
Additionally, the screenreader I am using for testing, NVDA, isn't reading the alternative texts.
I would be grateful for any tips from the community!
I'm noticing confusion with the custom focus order and layers in your project, and from here, I want one of our support engineers to step in to look closer. I've opened a case on your behalf, but first, I'd like to gather more clues to provide direction for my team to focus on:
Could you let us know slide numbers with the elements that you're having navigation issues with?
Could you let us know the slides and objects with alternate text that aren't being read? I noticed a couple of objects that didn't have the Object is visible to accessibility tools box checked, which makes them invisible to the screen reader.

Hello Adaeze, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your course.
Would you be able to share your .story file, or even just a single slide you're having difficulty with and I'd be happy to take a look?
