I found when using a screen reader, the "X" to close the slide is not recognized by screen readers. So those using a screen reader cannot close the lightbox slide.
Here is how to fix this.
Open the player.
Find "Aa Text labels" in the top menu
Go down the list to find the "Close button for presenter bio panel". Currently, this is number 66. Change the text to "Button_Close"
Update the preview and close the player.
Our accessibility person verified that now a screen reader recognizes the " X " telling the user how to close the slide.
