Making the close button for a Lightbox slide accessible Dec 03, 2020 By Mark Gretzinger Hi, We are building a course about accessibility and I'm wondering if there's any way to ad alt text to the red X close button that is the default for a Lightbox slide. Right now a screen reader just reads it as "button". Thanks, Mark

Edit the text for #8—close button for presenter bio panel. I changed the text to Close Button. You can see these steps in action here. Let me know if you have additional questions!

Here's a list of screen readers that we support: Articulate 360 Supported Screen Readers Let me know if you run into any trouble with the alternate text on those. I'm happy to troubleshoot further!
