Activate next button after 3 button layers are viewed

Oct 05, 2017

I have a slide where I would want my learners to view on all 3 button layers before they are allowed to click on next to head to the next slide. Therefore at the start the NEXT button will be disabled until all 3 buttons are clicked and viewed. How am I able to create this action?

Hi Andrew,

You may want to set the slide triggers to initialize the state of the next button to 'Disabled' at the start.  As well as to set the state of each button to 'Normal' when the timeline starts.  This is to ensure the default settings are restored even when the previous button is clicked.  Then add triggers to each button setting their state to 'Down'.  Then finally add a slide trigger that will enable the Next button once the state of all three buttons are set to 'Down'.  Below is a similar sample I have created.  Hope you find this helpful.
