Activating my Storyline 1 software on a new computer

I am getting an error when I attempt to activate the software with my serial number . UI_AdminVistaNotice11 and the activation just spins with no result.  What do you suggest?

Did you recently upgrade Windows? If so, let's try these steps:

  1. Close Storyline.
  2. Go to the Start menu and locate your Storyline app.
  3. Right-click your Storyline icon and select Run as administrator.
  4. User Account Control may ask, "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" Click Yes.
  5. If the activation wizard appears, follow these instructions. Otherwise, Storyline is ready for use. You only need to perform these steps one time to fix the issue after upgrading Windows.
