Add an interaction to an audio track

Hi all, I am a newbie to Articulate so please forgive what might appear to be a simple question.
I would like to add an audio track to a slide where the learner has to listen and identify risks. When the audio is playing the learner has to click on a (risk button) on the slide. I would then like to have a feedback slide showing the risks that have been identified and a feedback slide showing what was missed.
It would be appreciated if any help could be given on this, if it is possible.
Many thanks.

Is there ONE risk button or several?
Hi Michael, Just one risk button and the user would be expected to click each time the Audi track has a risk factor.
I don't know how long/complex your audio clip is, but one simple option is to stagger buttons along the timeline, so that they are displayed while a risk is being mentioned. Clicking one of these buttons would set a True/False variable to true. On the next slide then, you could display correct/incorrect indicators, based on the value of the variables. See attached a quick example with some nonsensical audio and three risks. Hope that gets you started.
Thanks Michael,
I will download and give it a try. Thanks for all your help.
Hi Michael,
That worked perfectly and I was able to add other risks. What I would like to do now is add feedback to each correct and incorrect answers. How would I go about this?

Hi Michael,
I worked this out by adding correct/incorrect layers and then adding an OR variable to the risk trigger to show the relevant layer when the slide answers are shown.
Thanks
