Adding a Movie that Launches in a Separate Window in storyline

If I'm understanding correctly, you're having trouble with videos that are set to open in a new window. Is that right?

First, can you tell us a little more about the project and how you have this set up, please? What type of video is it that you're inserting? Are you inserting a video from file, embedding a video, etc.?

Also, how are you viewing the content? Are you testing this during preview or after publishing? If you're testing after publishing, please make sure that you're not viewing the published output files locally. To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published.
