I have an interaction where the user rate a status between 0-4. I need all scores to add when they are complete. I cannot get any of my numbers to add. I am sure I did not do my variables correctly. Thanks for any help.
I'm not sure what the purpose of the text entry box at the bottom is, but your variables are added up. See attached file. I added some references to the variables to verify that they change and added one trigger to reset the Total variable.
Thank you Michael. The text entry box is where I want the total of the values to appear. I could not view that when I sent the file on Friday. I also want to subtract the value if they deselect the same box. If I create a trigger that the variable subtracts (value) when users clicks with a condition that the box state was selected will that work? And do I place that trigger before the add trigger?

To display your answer you need a reference, if you want it to subtract as well the easy way is to use a submit button, if not you will need the calculation on every button and conditions based on selected/not selected
Thank you everyone. Here is what I was missing and some changes.
I created only 2 variables Add and Patient total
I then created triggers to add the value for the value of each box with the condition those boxes were a state of selected when the "submit" button was clicked and also added a variable to add the "ADD to Patient total when Submit was clicked.
What I missing was in my reference box adding all of the %variablenames% I only had the %totalpatient& in my reference box. I have it working and really appreciate all of the input.
