Adding Objects to 360 Images in Storyline 360

Besides Hotspots and Markers, is there any consideration to adding the capability to insert objects (like drawn shapes, photos, pictures) into a 360 image? The idea being that you could add the object to a specific area of the 360 image, like a table for example. Thank you.
