Additional "Options" Tab does not show up in Result Slide Properties

Thanks so much for sharing that screenshot. 

In Storyline 360, you'll want to go click OK on that popup- then go to the Result Tools- Design tab on the ribbon. This will give you the Review button option you can select.

Once you've chosen that option- double click the trigger for the Review quiz button. You can then uncheck the box to Show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing.

In Storyline 3, once you've inserted a Results Slide, you can locate those slide options by going to Result Tools- Design in the top ribbon like this: 

To add in a Print Results button, click that option in the ribbon then insert the button on your slide like this:

Thank you so much. I think I figured it out though. I have some fill-in questions that were displaying checkmarks when the quiz was reviewed. I see now that the checkmarks were pointing to valid fill-in answers. So I turned off the display results upon reviewing quiz and I have set a trigger to display my own results (a layer I added to each question) when the quiz is reviewed (because we want the students to see the correct answers).
