After updating Storyline360, some slides cannot be opened

After updating Storyline360, some slides may not be played. I can't proceed with the loading icon appearing.
I don't know when this trouble started, but it's been at least half a year now.

-It is happening in multiple browsers, and computers.
-It occurs in multiple files.
-It can fix by downgrading storyline to the previous version and publishing it again.

However, this time, published by my client who using the same version(v3.44) as me, this problem occurred.
Do you know anything about this issue?
Language-specific issues(I'm using Japanese in my course)?

I haven't tried it, but I'm thinking if importing it into a new Storyline file will fix it.

Hi Keigo,

I haven't seen similar reports, so I'm glad you wrote in!

A few questions to help us investigate:

  • Is the course hosted on a web server or an LMS?
  • Does the loading icon appear on the same slides if you refresh the browser?
  • Have you had a chance to see if importing the slides into a new project help? Here are the steps.

Lastly, are you comfortable with sharing a troublesome .story file with us? That way, we can publish the course on our side and let you know how it works. You can use this private case link.
