I have tried all of the options but in the end it always says passed even if the tests weren't passed. Is there a way to change this? Am I missing something?
How do you have the reporting option for completion set? Are you tracking based on the quiz results - this should prevent the issue you are describing.
Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud or is it limited to your LMS?

I forgot to mention that I am trying to send completed and passed based on the progress and if the tests are passed.
