I'm creating a project in Storyline and I have a slide with several layers explaining a logon procedure. Each of the layers is a step and includes a video of the procedure. I'm having issues with some of the layers. After the video plays in preview, it clears off the screen. It disappears. I know this probably a simple fix, but can anyone point me in the right direction?
Without seeing the project, it's a little difficult to determine what may be causing the issue.
If I had to guess, I would say that the layer is either closing when the timeline for that layer ends, or the video doesn't match the timeline for that layer.
If you right-click on the video (from the timeline, not the slide) you should see an option for "Show always" or "Show until end". Another option would be to drag the time of the video to the right, until the end of the timeline - or - pull the timeline to the left so that it ends when the video ends.
If you still have trouble with this, you're certainly welcome to share your .story file here. We'd be happy to take a look :)
