I'm having a really strange issue occurring. I used the "wheel" animation on objects throughout my course. During preview mode, they work fine. However, now that I'm test publishing, objects with that specific animation aren't working. Animations such as grow and fade are working as expected but the wheel and wipe animations are not. Anyone have thoughts on this or experienced it?

Are you experiencing this issue in Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, or on a mobile device?
The HTML5 output displays the animations as follows in those environments:
