Any way to export as a single file?
Aug 15, 2013
Hi all,
We're looking to use an external source for quality assurance of our developed courses. We are unwilling to use our LMS to allow this person or people to view our courses due to cost on enrolling them into the system, so we're wanting export the courses and put them up on something like Dropbox for them to view instead.
Our only worry about this is that the person or people may be able to gain access to the original files somehow, and then copy or edit them for their own use. Publishing for CD doesn't seem to give anyone any kind of way of accessing the original slides, but we would still prefer if courses could be published as an .exe or some kind of other single file. Does anyone know of any way this could be achieved, or will publishing for CD be fine?

the source files are not included the published files so the only files the user will be able to get hold of will be the published file.
there is no way to publish to a single file
This is what I thought, but it's a serious concern to my boss and he wanted to be absolutely sure before we provided files for others to look at.
Thanks for the quick response.
