I am a new user of Stotyline and my questions is how or where can I download or make interactive clipart for such projects that you drag and drop/open or close??
Welcome to the Heroes community! There isn't a way in Storyline to make interactive clipart, but you may want to peruse the Downloads section here for some initial templates and ideas. Also, I'd suggest looking at the Building Better Courses forum as lots of folks share ideas, templates, assets, etc. there.
