I am sure there are many Articulate Storyline Designers. We conducted a few Articulate Storyline and essential design workshop in Singapore last year, there are individuals signed up. At the same time, many were assigned by their organisation.There are getting more developers switched to Articulate and caused the shortage of Storyline Designers.
Are you looking for someone with background in instructional design or graphic design? It may be easier to find individual coming from graphic design.
