Articulate license.

I am have a issue with the articulate license.
I have upgraded the software as per the latest version. Now when I am trying to activate the license it is not getting activated.
The network team says that the subscription got expired and now we need to subscribe again. This is happening for 2 licenses. Can you please help me in getting this done. I am presently using trail version and it will expire in 7 days.

Hi Archana,
I see that Ann shared some additional information with you on how to purchase more Storyline licenses - is that what you're looking to do? Or are you unable to activate your current Storyline set up using the serial number previously given to you? If the latter, can you please share that information in the context of your case so that you can be directed to our Support engineers for additional help.
