Articulate Mobile Player - Library Vanishes

Hi everyone

A colleague has a problem with the library on Articulate Mobile Player vanishing... this has happened a number of times now. The app has been uninstalled and re-installed and the library re-populated again, but then a few days later it all vanishes.

Any ideas?

Please apologize to your colleague on my behalf for the trouble. That sounds really unusual. Any idea what generation iPad they're using?

Is this the version number in the general settings? If so, it is 6.1.3 (10B329)

If not, are you able to tell me how to find out?

Hi! 6.1.3 is the operating system (iOS) level.
