You mentioned Storyline, but the video indicates you're publishing using Presenter. I'm happy to dig into both possibilities with you.
I was able to successfully publish your file using Presenter 360 (.zip file attached). It looks like you're using an out-of-date version since you still have a Flash component, so I'd recommend updating to the latest version, which is Build 8.27.25041.0. This will also repair your software installation.
Just to cover the bases here, if you were looking to import this file into Storyline 360, I was able to do this as well and included the .story file if needed.
