Sorry, you've run into that error message! Have you already confirmed that you're on the latest update of Storyline 360, build 3.20.16814.0? Also, are you seeing this on each and every file you're using, or only one particular file? If it's just one file, I'd also look at importing it into a new project to see if that resolves the odd behavior.

I'd also look at repairing Storyline 360 to resolve any odd behavior.
