Articulate Storyline 360 Closes Unannounced

Hi,
I am currently programming a course in 360 and the software closes/quits on me completely unannounced. This morning I was formatting text in the notes section, just highlighting my Notes to the reviewers, and 360 just disappeared. I reopened, it asks me to save the last version but all my work is gone.
Also, yesterday, I received an error message (attached).
I have worked with my desk side support, I have space on my computer for these files. I am not sure what is going on. Other than saving my work every five minutes, I'm not really sure what else I can do.

Are you running into this issue while working on any file in Storyline 360? Or is it only happening with one particular file?
