Articulate/Storyline questions

I am new to the E-Learning Community and have been using Claro as our course creation tool. Articulate Storyline (and Studio) has some advantages. Questions for current users:
-How responsive is articulate to your support questions?
-What are the biggest pros of Storeyline vs. other content creation tools that you've used?
-What are the biggest cons of Storeyline vs. other content creation tools that you've used?
Claro is web based, so I was able to get on from anywhere and assist my fellow content creators and vice versa when we got stuck or couldn't finish a project.
For us the biggest con with Claro is that we couldn't bookmark during the assessment. It seems that Articulate is able to accomplish that by submitting each question.

I just have time for a quick reply but I have found Storyline to be the best content development tool I have ever used. I started with Trainersoft in the '90's and moved to Captivate, Lectora, Articulate Studio, and now Storyline. Storyline offers the best balance between power and ease of use.
I have also found Articulate to be the most responsive company I have ever worked with. The staff is responsive, but the forum is amazing. It is filled with world-class SME's who are eager to offer help and advice.
I don't think you will be disappointed.
