Are you looking to include a quiz you built in Quizmaker, within Storyline? If so, you'll want to follow the steps here to import into Storyline. If you've already published the quiz (created in Quizmaker or Storyline) and you'd like to include it in a new file, you could add it as a web object, but that may cause issues with tracking/scoring if you need to use those features.
Also, Storyline publishes a collection of files, which allows the content to progressively download elements. This means your content will have faster download and playback times. Currently, Storyline does not support publishing to a single SWF file. If you'd like to see this feature, pleasesubmit a requestto our product development team.
If I'm misunderstanding your question, could you provide a bit more about what you're looking to do?
If I'm understanding what you'd like to accomplish, you'd like to publish or use a single SWF file generated from Storyline and call the variables from the course using another SWF file. Is that correct?
If so, I'm afraid that's not possible. As Ashley mentioned, it's not possible to publish to a single file:
In either case, the variables are contained in your complete project file - they will communicate with a server, if uploaded to an LMS, but not another SWF file.

Thanks for the reply . But my question was in simple words How to get the variables that are defined by the storyline quiz maker.
Is it possible to load the quiz swf that is generated using story line in to another flash swf and control all the properties of the quiz from flash?
