First, I wanted to point you to a blog post about troubleshooting LMS issues. Additionally, are you able to try your course anywhere else like SCORM Cloud? If it works within SCORM Cloud, you'll want to connect with the moodle administrators about the course not loading. If you're not able to view the course in SCORM cloud, would you be able to share your .story file here with us or send it privately to our Support team?
