Hi, I have uploaded a file from storyline with audio into my course in Rise 360. When I hit preview I can hear the audios at the wrong time. Can you help me?
Do you get the same result when you preview your course in Storyline 360? If yes, then the issue might be with how your audio is setup to play once your slides load.
I second Ron's response, feel free to share your project file here or in private through a support case so we can take a look at the issue.

There could be several reasons. It is difficult to troubleshoot without the file. Is this something you can share?
