I've created two screencasts where the audio has disappeared. I can still see the audio line and all of the other items (i.e. cues, rectangles, lines, markers, etc) are still on the timeline. Even the end marker is set in the timeline - but there isn't any audio. I'm working in Storyline 2 and the audio was recorded directly into Articulate Storyline 2 (no importing or PPT). Any ideas regarding how (or if) I can recover the audio?
Sorry to hear you're having this trouble. Was this project created on your local hard drive? Are you able to click on the audio line and open the Audio Editor? The first thing I'd try is using the import method to import the slides into a new Storyline 2 file. Let me know if that solves it, or if we need to troubleshoot further!
Thank you so much for your assistance. The import option didn't work. :( I may have originally saved them to my hard drive before re-saving them on a network drive. What should I do if that's the case?
