audio not playing

Hello
I had my Articulate Storyline recently upgraded. When i went back to my project the next day and published it only the first slide will play audio. I went back to the story view to make sure everything was set up right-the audio plays if I play it directly from the timeline and it also plays if I only preview that particular slide. Once I try to preview the whole project or publish the audio disappears after the first slide. Has anyone had this happen to them? If so how do you fix it? Unfortunately I am on a timeline and need to get this out for my customer and I would rather not have to rebuild the whole training!

Hi Michelle and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Sorry that you are having a difficult time, but there are a few things that we can troubleshoot with. First, be sure that you are working on your local drive. If it's just this file that you seem to be having difficulty with, then you may want to start fresh by importing into a new project. If you are having trouble with multiple files and Storyline in general then you may need to check out this article for assistance.
As always, you can send your file in for us to have a look at as well.

I tried troubleshooting as much as I could. I have a co-worker that has not upgraded yet and it worked on his so he published for me.
Leslie-do you think there was an issue because I upgrade in the middle of building the project?
