I can't think of a setting within Storyline's audio editing that "speeds up" the audio but I'm curious if you're hearing audio differences only when recording in Storyline or if you're able to hear the same thing when using another Windows recording tool. If it's only in Storyline, I'd suggest to begin by conducting the repair steps outlined here.
