I have a couple Storyline slides that have two audio tracks. One track is narration, the other track is music. Each time I view the course (from Articulate Online), I get a different result. Sometimes I get both tracks playing properly. Sometimes only the music plays, and sometimes only the narration plays.
I'm viewing from a PC, not a tablet or iPad. So it's not related to the HTML5 multiple audio track issue.
Anyone know how to fix this? Does it have anything to do with the arrangement of the tracks on the timeline. For example, top or bottom of the timeline?
I'd like to know if anyone else has had this problem too. We are experiencing this problem - multiple audio streams on the output play intermittently in an LMS (Moodle) environment. I am running output tests of all sorts and report back any conclusive findings.
I don't see any updates from Christina or others in this thread, so please keep us posted on what you find out. You also may want to test it in SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is LMS or file specific. If you determine it's file specific, you're also welcome to connect with our Support team who can assist in troubleshooting.

BTW, what browser are you using to view the content? I've looked at this with FireFox 18, IE9, and Chrome 25. Works with all so far.
