Audio wont play in 3 out of 4 Published files - Unmute audio automatically.

Hello Heroes!

I was put in charge to finish a project a colleague started. I have no knowledge how they handled the audio settings in the first place and it is surprisingly difficult to find a solution to my problem through Google.
(Most results are about custom volume sliders somehow)

I have 4 Articulate Storyline files that make use of caption->Tekst to Voice features.

File 1 works like a charm. I exported it to Review360, the audio plays, the volume is perfect.
Files 2, 3 and 4 are having some difficulties. When I preview the files, they function the same as File 1, playing the audio without a need for a user to unmute or turn the volume up.
When I export them to Review360 or our LMS however, they are muted at the start, and need the user to unmute them.

This is less than ideal, but I cannot for the life of me find an export setting that unmutes audio at the start.
Can anyone help me out?
