I have 3 data entry fields placed one after the other in a row. The user will enter numbers in the fields. Is there a way to activate the next data entry field when the last character has been entered in the previous data entry field? I don't want to use the tab key or the enter key to jump to the next field.
There is not a trigger to 'set focus' on the text entry field, but there is a great discussion here that may be of assistance to you and I would recommend that you share your thoughts with our product development team here.
I would like add my vote for resolving this issue.
Many of my software simulations require data entry...the extra step users have to take in populating fields is not consistent with what they will experience when actually working with the software.
