We've seen this error before when there is a logo inserted into the Player that is causing problems as you'll see described here.
Based on the image you've shown it looks like this may be a brand new presentation? If you're having this happen on all of your Storyline files, you may want to conduct a repair of your Storyline software, and you'll also want to check that you're following these general guidelines for working with Storyline content.
