Background image is missing?

Just want to clarify a few things. You can see the background image when previewing the presentation, but not when you publish it, is that correct? 

How did you insert the image? Is it a local file (located on your computer)? Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior. If the image you're using for your background is not a local file, try moving it to your computer and inserting it.

Thanks for the replay. 

I inserted the background in master slide. On the publish output. It is fine in when we reviewing in desktop and laptop. But when i am checking this on my tab. Background image is get missing.
