Backing up Rise and Storyline Files

Hello! So, I have been doing some research and I wanted to run this by the community for the best course of action. 

I work for a company and have been using their A360 account with me as the author for authoring Rise and Storyline projects. What if I were to leave this job? I want to be able to have access to these courses still as a record of projects I've done to show for the future. 

For Rise, it seems that I can just use the PDF download (not ideal) and Share feature (but what if they delete this course?!). I'm thinking Exporting it to my personal computer would probably be best but I'm assuming I would no longer be able to edit the courses but I can view and share them, correct?

For Storyline, I'll probably save the course files from my work computer desktop to an external hard drive or my personal computer. 

**If anyone is concerned - it's confirmed by my job that me keeping these files is okay. I just need to figure out how to do it.
